WARRANTY POLICY:

- 3 months: Speaker/TWS, Headphones/Charger/Car Charger/Power bank/Bluetooth Speakers/Lamps:
1) Accidents, water hazards, fire hazards, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuation or any cause beyond the control of the product.
2) Products caused by human error.

POLICY EXCHANGE:
1. Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for the shipping fee(s).
2. Miscellaneous items included in the packaging DOES NOT cover for warranty.
3. The warranty period starts from the date of PURCHASE.
4. All items must be in its ORIGINAL packaging.
5. The warranty DOES NOT cover any damages caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alternation, nor does it cover the water or physical damage.
6. Buyer is only allowed to exchange ONCE if product is deem faulty.
7. Buyer MUST head down to our service center/outlets to check if the item is faulty. (This is to ensure that the exchanged product is good and in working condition)
